Dealing with rogue states
Diplomacy is the ideal tool to deal with all issues, however, when it is clear that diplomacy is not working and indeed is never going to work, should immediate premeditated action, whatever that may be deemed to be, be initiated to stop such states becoming a bigger and perhaps undefeatable problem? If personally you doubt that Iran will ever give up it's nuclear ambitions, or that North Korea is genuine in dismantalling it's facilities, or a host of other global problems will be resolved through dialouge, then what course of action should be undertaken?
